The Min-it Lending System has an easy to use credit control feature that enables you to effectively manage overdue accounts. Based around a daily "To Do" List, users are alerted to what action is required each day.
With in-built data encryption and access to the Min-IT Lending System only via secure https protocol, you can be sure that your data remains private and secure.
For reliability, the system is commercially hosted on dual motherboard, dual Pentium® processor servers running Raid and backed up incrementally hourly and fully daily. For your peace of mind, we use industrial strength MySQL databases.
For those that claim you should not have your mission critical data stored elsewhere, we back up your data more than you ever would! If your premises were totally devastated, for whatever reason, and you’re unprepared, you might lose all your records. Our disaster recovery systems can protect you and have you functional just as soon as you can log in again. What’s more, with the Min-IT Lending System, the cost of ownership is significantly reduced as you don’t need significant hardware investment such as SQL severs. All you need is a PC or PC’s, internet access, a printer and (free) Adobe Acrobat Reader™.
